Volleyball Recap: Clare Pioneers vs. Bellaire Eagles        
        
		
             Clare came tearing into  Saturday's  game with five straight wins  and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with  a   2-0  victory over the Bellaire Eagles.
 Clare's not only won, but also showed off some consistency: keeping Bellaire between 15 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-15,  25-17.
  Tessa Kelly paced Clare's offense, picking up eight kills. Kelly got some help from 
 Amelia Ryzyk and her 20 assists. 
 Kally Tocco and 
 Addison Mcmillan kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.
 Clare has  been performing  well recently as they've  won nine of their last 12 matches,  which provided a massive bump to their 14-15 record  this season. As for Bellaire, their defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 18-10-2.
 Clare didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  1-1  tie against Cheboygan on the 26th. As for Bellaire, they will venture away from home to  face off against Mancelona  at 5:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
