Volleyball Game Preview: Timberland Wolves vs. Andrew Jackson Volunteers + How To Watch

The Timberland Wolves are taking a road trip to challenge the Andrew Jackson Volunteers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Timberland proved they can win big two weeks ago (they won by three) and two weeks ago they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Woodland 3-2. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Wolverines recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Timberland had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 24-26, 17-25, 25-19, 25-21, 15-11.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Timberland to victory, but perhaps none more so than Georgia Conyers, who had 12 kills, four aces, and one block.

Meanwhile, Andrew Jackson beat Cheraw 3-1 on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18, 23-25, 25-15.

The victory got Timberland back to even at 9-9. As for Andrew Jackson, their record now sits at 11-19.
