Volleyball Game Preview: Darlington Redbirds vs. Marshall Cardinals

The Darlington Redbirds will face off against the Marshall Cardinals on Saturday. Darlington is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.

Darlington is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Cuba City 3-2. The game was the first time the Redbirds have beaten the Cubans on their court since August 30, 2022.

Darlington took Cuba City into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-23, 25-20, 25-27, 17-15.

Marshall not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 16th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on Dodgeville with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Darlington's record is now 19-15. As for Marshall, their record now sits at 24-10.
