Softball Recap: Bel Air Takes a Loss

Bel Air fell victim to Patterson Mill and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 6-0 to Patterson Mill. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Patterson Mill this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-4 last Friday.

Bel Air's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Patterson Mill, their victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1.

Looking ahead, Bel Air will be playing in front of their home fans against North Harford at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Hawks have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.17 runs per game on average), something the Bobcats will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Patterson Mill, they will venture away from home to square off against Joppatowne at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
