Volleyball Recap: Oak Park Takes a Loss

Oak Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roosevelt Mustangs.

Oak Park's loss dropped their record down to 15-15. As for Roosevelt, they moved to 19-12 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Oak Park will host Simi Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles are facing the Pioneers at the right time seeing as the Pioneers are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Roosevelt, they will be taking part in a tournament against Bishop Montgomery at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. The Mustangs will also cruise into their next match with the timing on their side: the Knights will have lost four straight heading into Saturday's game.
