Softball Recap: Quartz Hill Royals vs. Eastside Lions
In what's become a running theme this season, Quartz Hill gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 12-2 margin over the Eastside Lions. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Quartz Hill.
Quartz Hill let Madison Heeter and Skyler Billips loose on the outfield. Heeter scored three runs while going 4-for-5, while Billips scored a run while going 3-for-4. Nina Sepulveda was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 1-for-4.
Quartz Hill has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season. As for Eastside, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-10.
