Owego Free Academy waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Seton Catholic Central Saints by a score of 9-4. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-4 on April 14th.

Miley Laubach was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more hits the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Geneva Crawford, who earned three runs and three stolen bases.

Owego Free Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Seton Catholic Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Owego Free Academy will challenge Elmira at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Seton Catholic Central, they will head out to square off against Susquehanna Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Sabers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Saints surely won't give up without a fight.
