Pine came tearing into Thursday's contest with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Springfield Bulldogs. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.

Pine now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Springfield, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 13 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-13 record this season.
