Basketball Preview: Timberline Blazers vs. Lincoln Abes
Timberline is 0-6 against Lincoln since February of 2017 but things could change on Friday. The Timberline Blazers will head out to challenge the Lincoln Abes at 7:00 p.m. Timberline knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 15 contests -- so hopefully Lincoln likes a good challenge.
Last Wednesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Timberline beat Enumclaw 61-55.

Timberline's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kenyon Simmons, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and ten boards. Simmons is becoming a predictor of Timberline's success: when he posts at least eight rebounds the team is 12-4 (and 2-7 when he doesn't). Lincoln's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-3. As for Timberline, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 14-11 record this season.
