Volleyball Recap: Channelview Takes a Loss

Channelview lost against Summer Creek back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Falcons came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-7, 25-12.

Among those leading the charge was Makayla Smith, who had 17 digs. That's the most digs she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Channelview dropped their record down to 6-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Summer Creek, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Channelview is set to square off against their familiar foe Humble at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Summer Creek will face off against rival Atascocita at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
