Baseball Recap: Pueblo West Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Pueblo West's offense. They came up short against the Mountain Vista Golden Eagles on Friday, falling 11-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Cyclones have suffered since March 18th.

Pueblo West's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Mountain Vista, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-5.

Looking ahead, Pueblo West will challenge Doherty at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mountain Vista, they will square off against Regis Jesuit at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. The last three games the Raiders have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
