Robertsdale won against Bayshore Christian last Thursday with five runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. The Robertsdale Golden Bears walked away with a 5-2 win over the Baldwin County Tigers. The Golden Bears have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Kael Nielson looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.

On the hitting side, Robertsdale's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Mcdaniel, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Another was Logan Gregson, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Robertsdale's record is now 2-0. As for Baldwin County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Robertsdale will welcome McGill-Toolen at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Baldwin County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Marbury at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
