Basketball Recap: Deerfield-Windsor Comes Up Short

Deerfield-Windsor and Brookwood squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Deerfield-Windsor had to settle for second. They fell 45-35 to the Brookwood Warriors. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Deerfield-Windsor's defeat dropped their record down to 23-4. As for Brookwood, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 28-2.

Deerfield-Windsor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Brookwood, they will challenge St. Andrew's at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Andrew's will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something Brookwood surely won't give up without a fight.
