Football Game Preview: Sanderson vs. Apex

Sanderson will be defending their home turf for the first time on Thursday when they go up against Apex at 7:00 PM. Sanderson have the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.

Even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Sanderson beat Knightdale 26-21 last Friday.

Meanwhile, Apex found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 7-33 punch to the gut against Green Hope last week.

Sanderson's win lifted them to 1-1 while Apex's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if Sanderson can add another positive mark to their record or if Apex can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Sanderson's step.
