While Landon Hughes delivered a dominant performance on Monday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Rich Township. Despite the defeat, Hughes was still locked in as he struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and five unearned) runs off five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
