The NorthPoint Christian Academy NightHawks will challenge the Walnut Grove Christian Christian Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Despite the defeat, NorthPoint Christian Academy got top-tier performance from Gabe Spann, who posted 23 points and six assists. The matchup was Spann's fourth in a row with at least 21 points. Another player making a difference was Braxton Goodman, who put up four points in addition to 11 rebounds and five steals.

Meanwhile, Walnut Grove Christian can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They came out on top against Kingdom Leadership by a score of 57-47.

Walnut Grove Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for NorthPoint Christian Academy, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

NorthPoint Christian Academy couldn't quite finish off Walnut Grove Christian in their previous meeting back in January and fell 81-78. Can the NightHawks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
