Lighthouse Christian put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victor by a 14-5 margin over the Oklahoma City Broncos HomeSchool Broncos. Fans of the Chargers have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Landon Hilburn made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off three hits. Hilburn was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with four RBI and one double.

In other batting news, Braden Wright and Jeremiah Wagner did most of the damage at the plate: Wright scored two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Wagner scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. That stolen base marked the first that Wagner snagged this season. Another player making a difference was Jake Morgan, who scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Lighthouse Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Oklahoma City Broncos HomeSchool, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5-1.

Looking ahead, Lighthouse Christian will take on Ellis County Christian Homeschool Organization in a tournament on Thursday. As for Oklahoma City Broncos HomeSchool, they have already played their next match, a 13-4 win against Tulsa NOAH HomeSchool on the 18th.
