Highland is 0-10 against Mascoutah since May of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Bulldogs are taking a road trip to face off against the Indians at 5:45 p.m. Highland is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.

Highland is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Litchfield on Monday. The Bulldogs and the Purple Panthers finished up their match with a 2-2 draw.

Payton Frey and Madalyn Roach scored both of Highland's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mascoutah). Their defense stepped up to hand Jersey a 7-0 shutout on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what Mascoutah needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Highland's draw gives them a new season record of 5-2-1. As for Mascoutah, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Highland might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Mascoutah when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can the Bulldogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
