Rock Point had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Saturday. They came out on top against the Metro Tech Knights by a score of 2-0.

Pepper Pete paced Rock Point's offense, picking up ten kills. Pete got some help from Aiyana Becenti and her 14 assists. Pete was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Rock Point's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Metro Tech, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 3-5 record.
