Soccer Recap: Permian Gets the Win

Permian kept a clean sheet against Nimitz on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over the Vikings. That's two games straight that Permian have won by just one goal.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Iker Munoz, which was the first he's scored this season.

Permian's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Nimitz, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, Permian will venture away from home to face off against Trinity at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Nimitz, they will be taking part in a tournament against Little Elm at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
