University Christian was the 42-7 winner over Carrollwood Day when they last played one another back in August of 2014, but their luck changed this time around. It was another big night for Jordan Magwood, who threw for 234 yards and a touchdown on only 17 passes, and also punched in two touchdowns on the ground for Carrollwood Day. DJ WIlliams was Magwood's top target, picking up 128 receiving yards and a touchdown.
University Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Carrollwood Day, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-3.
University Christian will head out on the road to square off against Providence School at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
