Basketball Recap: Coleman Richman's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Thales Academy Rolesville over St. Thomas More Academy

Thales Academy Rolesville suffered their biggest defeat since December 6, 2024 on Friday. They lost 62-42 to the St. Thomas More Academy Chancellors. The Knights have struggled against the Chancellors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Thales Academy Rolesville's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Coleman Richman, who posted 14 points. Owen Cleek was another key player, putting up seven points.

St. Thomas More Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Dominic Mack out in front who had 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of JohnPaul Mack, who scored 15 points.

Thales Academy Rolesville's defeat dropped their record down to 11-16. As for St. Thomas More Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Thales Academy Rolesville nor St. Thomas More Academy have any future games scheduled.
