There's no place like home for Floyd County, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against the Radford Bobcats by a score of 7-3 on Tuesday. Floyd County got a great performance from Gavin Swortzel as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out ten over six innings pitched. Those ten strikeouts gave Swortzel a new career-high.
