Preview: FAITH HomeSchool Falcons vs. CHASE
After two games on the road, FAITH HomeSchool is heading back home. They will be home for the holidays to greet CHASE at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
FAITH HomeSchool fought the good fight in their overtime match against Kokomo HomeSchool last Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 41-38.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins dating back to last season, CHASE's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell to Faith Baptist 45-39. While losing is never fun, CHASE can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while Faith Baptist is ranked 46th).
FAITH HomeSchool has fallen quite a ways from their 24-10 record last season and are now at 0-4. As for CHASE, their loss dropped their record down to 3-1.
Everything came up roses for FAITH HomeSchool against CHASE in their previous meeting back in January as the squad secured a 56-6 victory. With FAITH HomeSchool ahead 26-5 at the half, the match was all but over already.
