Andrew Shean turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Thursday. He pitched six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. He is becoming a predictor of University's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 5-1 (and 2-3 when he doesn't).

Coming up, Shean and University will be taking part in a tournament against Tustin at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday. University hasn't beaten Tustin recently, having gone 0-3 since March of 2015.
