Basketball Recap: Platte County Comes Up Short

Platte County lost against Raytown back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pirates lost to the Bluejays at home by a 57-38 margin.

Platte County dropped their record down to 2-2 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Raytown, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Platte County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 62-45 loss against Belton on the 16th. Raytown has also already played their next contest (against Fort Osage), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
