After a string of three wins, Sheboygan Falls's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of the Manitowoc Lutheran Lancers by a score of 2-1.

Nora Halverson paced Sheboygan Falls' offense, picking up 12 kills. Halverson got some help from Abigail Beaumont and her 17 assists. Beaumont was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Among those leading the charge was Makiah Krause, who had 11 assists and seven digs. That's the most digs she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Sheboygan Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 3-4. As for Manitowoc Lutheran, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2.

Sheboygan Falls wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Plymouth on the 4th. As for Manitowoc Lutheran, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Mishicot on the 4th.
