Soccer Recap: Palm Bay Comes Up Short

Palm Bay lost against Viera back in November of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Palm Bay Pirates lost 8-0 to the Viera Hawks. That's two games in a row now that the Pirates have lost by exactly eight goals.

Palm Bay is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8. As for Viera, their win bumped their record up to 9-0-2.

Palm Bay will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Cocoa at 7:00 p.m. on January 21st. As for Viera, they will be taking part in a tournament against Satellite at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Viera is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season.
