Softball Recap: John Carroll Catholic Find Success

John Carroll Catholic's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top against the Marion Patriots by a score of 9-5.

MC Golab was excellent, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one triple. That's the most hits she has posted since March 6th.

John Carroll Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-13 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. Marion is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-5.
