Basketball Game Preview: Santa Anna Mountaineers vs. Blanket Tigers

The Santa Anna Mountaineers will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Blanket Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Santa Anna hasn't scored more than 27 points for three games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Santa Anna saw some tournament action on Saturday. They lost to Evant on the road by a 43-24 margin.

Meanwhile, Blanket made easy work of Rochelle on Tuesday and carried off a 51-28 victory. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Blanket's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 47 points. As for Santa Anna, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
