New Home is 7-0 against Post since January of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The New Home Leopards will head out on the road to face off against the Post Antelopes at 2:30 p.m. New Home will be strutting in after a win while Post will be coming in after a loss.

New Home is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Ralls, posting a 96-14 victory. Given the Leopards' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 96th, while the Jackrabbits are ranked 1074th), the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Post was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against Floydada, falling 63-25.

New Home's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.3 points per game. As for Post, their loss dropped their record down to 0-12.

Everything came up roses for New Home against Post in their previous meeting back in January, as the squad secured a 64-10 victory. Does New Home have another victory up their sleeve, or will Post turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
