Soccer Game Preview: North Moore vs. Northwood + How To Watch

The North Moore Mustangs will take on the Northwood Chargers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

North Moore barely beat Uwharrie Charter Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Mustangs never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory on Wednesday. North Moore might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by three goals or more this season.

While Northwood's fans didn't get a definitive result on Thursday, they were treated to the team's highest-scoring tie of the season. Neither they nor Eastern Randolph could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

North Moore is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those five matchups. Northwood's draw gives them a new season record of 5-4-5.
