With a playoff win on the line, Covenant Christian rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mars Hill Bible Panthers, sneaking past 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Panthers back in September, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Covenant Christian's victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 14-17. As for Mars Hill Bible, they moved to 24-11 with that defeat, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Covenant Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Tharptown on the 15th. As for Mars Hill Bible, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Belgreen on the 15th.
