Belfry has gone a perfect 9-0 against Tug Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Pirates will look to defend their home field against the Panthers at 8:30 p.m. Belfry is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

Belfry's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over Tolsia. Considering the Pirates have won five games by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Thursday. Tug Valley lost 17-2 to Manchester. Tug Valley has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tug Valley saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Katie Hall, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI. Aleksah Osborne also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

Belfry's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Tug Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Belfry beat Tug Valley 4-0 in their previous matchup back in April of 2019. Will the Pirates repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
