Football Recap: West Point Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Hayden last Friday, West Point came back down to earth. The Warriors came up short against the Priceville Bulldogs on Friday, falling 26-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Warriors were not able to get on the board.

Ayden Ennis threw for 59 yards on three of eight attempts. Cooper Howard was his top target, picking up 32 receiving yards. On the ground, Ollie Howell rushed for 66 yards.

Priceville's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sheldon Graham led the charge by rushing for 50 yards and a pair of TDs. Jack Eubanks also deserves a shout-out for his two scores.

West Point's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Priceville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

West Point wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 14-6 victory against East Limestone on the 10th. As for Priceville, they have also already played their next matchup, a 28-9 loss against Fairview on the 10th.
