Football Recap: Winfield Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Winfield couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They had to suffer through a 42-6 loss at the hands of the Mars Hill Bible Panthers. The Pirates were red-hot offensively heading into the game (they scored no less than 31 points in the five contests prior), but the Panthers' defense proved too tough.

Hudson Higgins continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Mars Hill Bible, rushing for 230 yards and a pair of scores on only 15 carries. Those 230 rushing yards gave Higgins a new career-high.
