Perry won the last time they faced Webberville and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Ramblers walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Spartans.

Perry let Logan France and Nolan Krupp run wild. France went 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base, while Krupp got on base in two of his three plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. That's the most runs France has posted since back in May of 2024. Dylan DeFeyter also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Perry's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7. As for Webberville, their record is now 4-6-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Spartans beat Perry by a score of 8-2 later that day.
