Volleyball Recap: Carrollton Comes Up Short

Carrollton lost against Bishop LeBlond back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Trojans fell 2-0 to the Eagles.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-18.

Sarah Ratliff paced Carrollton's offense, picking up six kills. Ratliff got some help from Kinsey Fisher and her 12 assists.

Carrollton's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Bishop LeBlond, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Carrollton has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Excelsior Springs on the 13th. As for Bishop LeBlond, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Chillicothe on the 13th.
