Softball Recap: Cox Falcons vs. Salem Sundevils
Cox waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-0 victory over the Salem Sundevils. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 7-4 loss the last time these two teams met.

The result came thanks to Ella Athey-Stapleton's shutout, as she gave up just three hits and racked up ten Ks. Those ten strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.
