Martin County has gone a perfect 3-0 against Bertie recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Martin County will be playing at home against Bertie at 6:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Martin County is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against North East Carolina Prep on Friday as Martin County made off with a 31-1 victory. Considering the Gators have won 12 matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Bertie got the win against Southeast Halifax on Monday by a conclusive 23-1. While fans of the Falcons might be used to big wins, the 22-run margin marked the team's biggest one yet.

Martin County's win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Bertie, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-10.
