Lakeside had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Kootenai Warriors with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Lakeside walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 26-24, 25-23.

Lakeside's record is now 11-1. As for Kootenai, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Lakeside will face off against Wallace at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kootenai, they will challenge Clark Fork at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
