Soccer Game Preview: Pine View vs. Snow Canyon

Pine View is 1-9 against Snow Canyon since April of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Panthers will host the Warriors at 7:30 p.m. Pine View has given up an average of 2.6 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Pine View managed to slip by Cedar the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Panthers came up short against the Reds on Friday, falling 5-1. Pine View just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Russell Jacobs, who's now up to seven this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Snow Canyon, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 5-3 win over Desert Hills on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what Snow Canyon needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

The victory got Snow Canyon back to even at 6-6. As for Pine View, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
