Softball Recap: Rogers Comes Up Short

Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 29th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Pullman Greyhounds, falling 20-4. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Greyhounds this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-6 on Friday.

Rogers' defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Pullman, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

Rogers and Pullman will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Pirates see the field they'll take on North Central at 4:00 p.m. on the 15th. As for Pullman, their break will end when they face East Valley at 4:00 p.m. on the 15th.
