Basketball Recap: Jersey Comes Up Short

Jersey lost against Waterloo back in December of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jersey Panthers fell 57-48 to the Waterloo Bulldogs. The Panthers were up 28-14 in the second quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

Jersey's loss dropped their record down to 17-14. As for Waterloo, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-18 record this season.

Coming up, Jersey will take on Springfield at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Waterloo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
