Walkertown put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Glenn Bobcats by a score of 8-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 last Wednesday.
Macy Miller made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 16 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
