Basketball Game Preview: Everett Vikings vs. Holt Rams

Everett is 1-9 against Holt since February of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Everett Vikings will venture away from home to challenge the Holt Rams at 7:00 p.m.

Everett is headed into Thursday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight game dating back to last season on Tuesday. They received a blow as they fell 68-50 to Hamtramck.

Meanwhile, Holt came into Tuesday's contest having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They managed a 54-48 win over Lansing Catholic on Tuesday.

Holt's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Everett, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Everett came up short against Holt in their previous matchup back in February, falling 68-59. Can Everett avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
