Softball Recap: Carroll Comes Up Short

Carroll lost against Headland last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles lost 12-1 to the Rams. The Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Carroll saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Saniya Jenkins, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Carroll now has a losing record of 11-12-1. As for Headland, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 14-10.

Carroll has already played their next game, a 12-1 loss against Dothan on the 10th. As for Headland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 15-0 defeat against Enterprise on the 10th.
