South Stokes had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Monday. They blew past the Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy Phoenix 3-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-0 win last Wednesday.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-11, 25-17.

Bailee Coffill paced South Stokes' offense, picking up four kills. Coffill got some help from Olivia Amos and her 11 assists. Amos was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 12 aces.

South Stokes' victory bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-20.

Coming up, South Stokes will challenge Chatham Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
