Soccer Recap: Walker Valley Comes Up Short

Walker Valley lost against Boyd-Buchanan back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Buccaneers by a score of 2-1. Walker Valley have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Alex Lakatosh, who's now up to six this season.

Walker Valley's loss dropped their record down to 7-4-3. As for Boyd-Buchanan, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3-1 record this season.

Walker Valley will venture away from home to square off against Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Boyd-Buchanan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
