Softball Recap: Mt. Pleasant Find Success

Mt. Pleasant won the last time they faced DeWitt and things went their way on Saturday too. The Oilers walked away with an 11-6 victory over the Panthers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Oilers.

Mt. Pleasant's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for DeWitt, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Mt. Pleasant didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-5 victory against Central on the 5th. As for DeWitt, they will head out to square off against Fowler at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
